I bought the watch on a whim, I was considering a G-Shock but noticed this was on sale at a similar price and with far more features, a great display and a similarly rugged and comfortable build, so I took the plunge. My previous smart watch experience pretty much begins and ends with the Pebble way back when, and I loved it, but have been put off by poor battery life on smart watches since. This lasts a month on a charge, or tries to, I would say closer to three to three and a half weeks, but even then, that more than gives peace of mind in not having to baby it. It has a dizzying array of activity and outdoors functions, built in GPS, albeit with very basic mapping, and a solid ABC sensor array that puts my Suunto to shame. I hadn't considered it on purchasing, but there are a large number of watch faces to download too, and some familiar creator names from the Pebble days. Yeah, grab one, they're really good.
