I Have Had Venu Sq Dice 2020

I have had this as a check my pulse rate constantly for Afib. I had to maintain a pulse below 120 bpm. Nurses chased me all over the hospital. Now I use it more then ever. Track steps, sleep hours ,my oxygen level,and many more. I am 75 and I am doing great getting around. When this stops working, I will get the up to date model. I feel in control of my body! Had this watch little over a year. Easy to use and the battery life is amazing. Use this watch for my hike,bike rides, and regular exercises.

A simple tutorial in simple plain English would be really helpful.using “industry speak” to describe functions and processes is of no use to me. It might as well be in chinese
