Good Features

When I bought the Garmin Sq, I was in the process of moving. Packed it away without realizing it. Until I came across it unpacking and it has helped me a lot. Glad that I found and purchased it.

Great Features, Great Value!

I use it to monitor my heart rate while exercising and at rest and while sleeping because I had an aortic valve replacement. I appreciate how I am able to see in real time what my heart rate is doing while I jog at different paces. The price of the watch was very low compared to other space watches. Also like its size (not too big or bulky; not too small that I can't read the digits displayed) and how it looks on my wrist.

I have had this as a check my pulse rate constantly for Afib. I had to maintain a pulse below 120 bpm. Nurses chased me all over the hospital. Now I use it more then ever. Track steps, sleep hours ,my oxygen level,and many more. I am 75 and I am doing great getting around. When this stops working, I will get the up to date model. I feel in control of my body! I even tell my doctor the results when there is a probable

Had this watch little over a year. Easy to use and the battery life is amazing. Use this watch for my hike,bike rides, and regular exercises.
