Impossible For A Beginner To Understand And Yuse

A simple tutorial in simple plain English would be really helpful.using “industry speak” to describe functions and processes is of no use to me. It might as well be in chinese

First Timer, Somewhat Impressed.

Children bought it for me for Father’s Day. I’m a 54 year old, lifelong athlete. I enjoy the post workout graphs and information, especially heart rate and calories burned results. During a workout, mostly biking but sometimes running, I find it very difficult to easily or quickly get the info I want from the watch without totally stopping and playing with the watch. It’s frustrating to put it simply. I like the nighttime sleep report, but don’t always agree with the system’s assessment of my sleep, which it rarely says is good. Sometimes I think I’d rather not know what it’s going to tell me. The watch is very comfortable to wear. My aging eyes have a hard time seeing the small readout. I’m mixed on this technology. Maybe I’m just an old timer used to taking my own heart rate after a run. There is some very helpful information presented, just hard to get to on the watch.

Decent battery life, but lacks more modern features that the 165 and venu 3 have like sleep, running gps, etc
