Beach Chairs That Should Never Be Taken To A Beach

I purchased a pair of these to use for white water raft trips. They are light weight and comfortable, with great lumbar support, which is why I gave them any stars. After have a dozen uses, the action to open and close them became impossible. Requiring two people to collapse them. Between trips I sanded and lubricated the areas of friction, but really to no avail. These are beach chairs that you should never take to the beach. Bummer.

Can’t Close It

Comfortable, but can’t close it. We’ve had 8 adults, who camp a lot, try and close it unsuccessfully.
