Poor Qc

We just recived our first GCI chair after kiosk ordering fiasco. Reading all the hype on them we were excited to see the difference. Well, if you want a chair that knocks everytime you sit in it, this is the chair for you! One of the lids that covers the rocking mechanisom is stripped and doesnt allow the spring to seat properly. Save your money and go with another company.

My friend had this as the only chair in his shop. At some point, I'm sitting in his, he walks up and says, "hey man, get up, that's my chair." I said no, go get another chair. That's when I found out it was his only chair. I replied, too bad, you should be able to offer your guests a chair. We laughed. Anyway, I liked the chair so I ordered my own. I had to have the sunshade accessory because I live in Tucson Arizona, and having shade is a big deal.

This chair is comfy, convenient and easy to get in and out of. I'm having serious knee issues and have to push off the side rails a little more than ever before. This chair makes that task easy. It is a bit heavy if having to carry it a distance, but that is understood as the weight was clearly described in the specs.

Great Chair But Not For Me

I tried this chair out at a friend's house and also tried it on in the store. I purchased it for a camping trip. I felt like I set up too straight and the result was uncomfortable pressure on my spine and lower back. I had to return it. I did read some online reviews that indicated the same issue for some people.
