Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect For Me I originally bought these a year and a half ago. I work as an Arborist and I climb in trees everyday. These boots held up longer than any others I have used in the past. I just recently bought a new pair. These boots are great and definitely worth buying. I wear them causally for a week before I start working in them, but I have never gotten a blister or hotspot when breaking them in. Only downside is the sizes are different than my normal shoes. I were size 9-9.5 for everyday other shoes, but these boots I wear a size 8.5. If you can I would recommend trying them on before buying them rather than having to return them for a new size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great All-purpose Workboot I'm an arborist for a utility company in the Northeast and was looking for a boot that would be ideal for spring/summer conditions. My Chippewas had a Vibrams sole that fell apart on me after less than a year of walking transmission right-of-ways. I've only had these a couple of months, but I had the same pair when I worked for the National Park Service a few years ago and they lasted me a few years. No steel toe made it an ideal boot for working on a fireline, and makes walking the ROWs currently comfortable and awesome. Love the ankle support these provide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boot for a Forester Lightweight boot that gets the job done! My third pair of Georgia boots in 10 years. The only reason for new ones is all the rubber has been worn off the soles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great All-Around Boot The boots are well built and comfortable. I was first interested in these boots because they came in size 15 and wearing 16s normally they fit just fine. The traction is so great even when wet that they grab the pedal on my truck when switching from gas to brake. the leather is tough and the sole is comfortable. There are a few things I would like to change however. The top of the upper has eyelets rather than hooks like most boots do. I don't know you would want that but it makes it so I don't lace them up all the way. The gusset is only a 3/4 gusset and does not go as far up as I would like. The false tongue is mostly for show as it is less than five inches long. I will likely get another pair when the time comes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for the money!!! 3rd pair of the loggers. Buy a new pair every March. I use these as tree climbing boots and every day tree work boots. Only problem I have is toward the end of the 1 year the toe soal starts to peel back. I'm always kicking rocks out from around stumps to cut them low for stump grinder and I know that's why. Good boot for the money. Stink to high heaven when they get wet. Half size smaller then I normally wear in shoes .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and tough I bought these three years ago. I work in a warehouse and use them for all outdoor activities. They are comfortable in all conditions be it desert playing/hunting or winter time snow use. I make sure to clean them and treat them with leather conditioner. To put it short, these boots are great! They are comfortable and tough!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why didn't I buy these sooner? I've been wearing dinners for years. Usually the arcadia or ft lewis and RAT boots they make. I've hiked hundreds of miles if some of the worst terrain in those and that style is great for mixed terrain but now working on my farm in deep mud to steep slippery slopes these boots provide a traction that's unparallel. I have the low heel logger from georgia and I don't even wear them anymore. Which is kinda sucks because these loggers look so good I want to wear them all the time. But they're such a great farm boot they are a muddy mess. Break in took about 4 days of all day wear. Not bad. I'm 6'3" and the heel height is worth it. First day and they took the edge of sheet metal sliding down my foot with only a small scrape. With quality like this I won't be buying any other boot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from darn good boot this boot amazed me, took logging, bucking, and a chainsaw strike, took water and mud punishment like nothing, traction on all surfaces, wet logs no problem, easy to balance yourself when in precarious situations, excellent ankle support
