Poorly Made

I bought these boots for my boyfriend for Christmas 2024. These boots lasted barely 6 months. It is now may 2025 and they are already about to tear completely in half. The comfort and support only lasted about a month. Would not purchase from this brand again.

I have had 2 pair of these in the last 2 years.....they only last a year. I only rate then a 3 because they are very comfortable right out it the box...no break in or sore feet. The interior of the boot gets loose and slides down in when trying to put on about 4 to 6 months of wearing daily. Great boot otherwise. The sole and leather all hold up very well. Unfortunately I have to purchase a new pair every year.

Durable Boot

Have had these LTX loggers for two weeks now and am very impressed. First time in 5 years that I have worn massed produced boots. Normally wear handmade boots and have to say that these are comfortable. I’m in my boots for 14-18 hours a day depending on the job. I do land/property management and am in the elements all the time. Even though these are not insulated my feet have stayed warm in the Maine subzero weather out in the fields and woods. The hybrid sole design is comfortable and surprisingly has held up so far to the demanding terrain. Very roomy toe box with the composite toe. Definitely buy again and may just try a different Georgia boot style soon.

Disappointed

Bought these six (6) months ago and the waterproofing is non existent. I usually get at least 2-3 years minimum out of my boots and I am very disappointed in these. I still love Gerogia Boots, as I've had nothing but dependability and reliability out of my last 2 or 3 pair. Not sure what was done differently with this pair but improvements need to be made.

Another Great Boot For Amputees

As an amputee and a Millwright comfortable boots are hard to find. Not only because they have to fit the prosthetic to allow you to walk comfortably, but they have to make your remaining foot as comfortable as possible, because it is taking all of the beating. I ran the Georgia G8040s for years and never had a problem, but switched company's recently and had to get a boot with more protection. These new boots are very uncomfortable at first, but ones they break in they surpass the G8040s. Once you get through the break in pains(which isn't anything compared to the other pains amputees feel on the daily) these boots are keepers. Only con is I wish they were a little bit cheaper as my boots tend to wear quicker as an amputee.
