It Is Absolutely Not Non-stick.

It's hefty, it's a clever shape, it's high quality. But, do NOT think this is anywhere close to being considered non-stick. Everything sticks to it. Pancakes, eggs, burgers, are utterly destroyed while cooking on this. So, either cook things that wont matter or are low risk for sticking. This pan will not be in my cooking gear for camping sad to say.

The pan is made of very durable materials and distributes heat pretty evenly, making it perfect for cooking up a hearty breakfast or quick dinner. Cleanup was a cinch no stuck on food which can be really annoying like when washing other pans.
