[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek, lightweight and a great size. It is perfect for helping maintain outdoor trails with overgrown weeds that you want to remove. Not heavy at all and easy to carry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Affordable price point, takes 3 or so swings to cut through pinkie sized brush. Better on weeds. Handle is comfortable and stable. Classic gerber design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product it was packaged well and I was excited to get to ise it. I was hoping to take it camping but the weather has had other plans. So I had some yard work to do so I figured let's put it to work. When I took it out of the package it came with a nice sheath and was very sharp. I went out and started with some vines and tall weeds no problem at all. Then I went after some juniper bushes and small trees. A little more difficult but still pretty smooth. I finished on a dead two inch dead limb on my pine tree, this is where we reached this tool limit. The blade was damages and rolled. Up to this point though this thing preformed well. It felt great in hand and was easy to grip and swing. It was sharp so it flowed through objects and cut clean. Over all for light use this thing is a pro but if you need it for anything else you may be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and sharp machete. Love how it came with a holder. My husband was able to easily cut through weeds and small branches in our backyard. I know this machete will be very handy for camping as well! Can’t wait to bring it along our next camping trip!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gerber Gear Gator Machete Jr has a more compact size, but still plenty large enough to get any job done. It is nice and light, but plenty sturdy and built to last. The grip on it feels very nice in your hand, giving you confidence in each swing or saw. And yes, this comes sharp out of the box, so use caution when handling. The front blade is perfect for cutting tall grass, weeds, and foliage, and the saw blade is perfect for branches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gerber Gator Machete Jr. is a fantastic tool. It is a decent size, not too large and not too small. It’s sharp and durable. Perfect for using for yard work or taking with you as you wander through the woods clearing brush as you go. It’s easy enough to maintain and careful and the handle is comfortable to hold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machete is perfect for clearing the brush on my property. It has a solid weight but is not unwieldy. It also is very sharp and cuts through underbrush with ease. The case is very safe and protects from any cuts. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gerber Gear Gator Machete Jr is a decent tool. It’s got some heft to it without being too heavy to handle. I appreciate that it has a sheath for storage with a Velcro strap so it stays secure. I used it to trim some shrubs in my yard and also tried it on some tree branches. The blade could be sharper, because it was slightly difficult to trim the tree branches, and they weren’t that thick. All in all, a decent machete for the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is excellent. I love this smaller version because is portable and lightweight. The grip is comfortable, and I used it to cut the palm tree branches that were always blocking my view. Definetely recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this item. I thought the blades wouldn’t be strong enough for wood and boy was i proven wrong. It handles really well and you have to watch how you handle the blades because its very sharp. Its not heavy but not light either. Right in the middle. The performance and great and i was at it for a few hour. Never any sudden dullness of the blades at all. Youll be very happy getting one of these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gator machete Junior has a high carbon steel blade, with a nylon gator grip handle. It has an integrated saw also and cross cut teeth. I like that the product came with its own sheath and an adjustable lanyard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machete is easy to handle for small tasks like cutting bushes. It's a little hard to cut tree branches. It's more like a knife since it can't do much.
