Great Compact Pocket Knife

Great compact pocket knife. Available in black or silver. This is my second one. The black ones do get scraped up easy if you keep it in your pocket with keys etc.

Terrible Knife

I just bought this knife and used it for the first time and now I can't close it. Watched the video which was not helpful at all. I hate this thing, will never buy another Gerber item again.

Remarkably Durable

I have had this knife for 3 years, and it has proven remarkably durable. It has handled a lot of abuse, from being washed in soapy water sometimes multiple times a week (they really weren't joking about it being corrosion resistant titanium!), to being used as a wedge or flathead screwdriver. Its fat blade may not be the best at fine, thin slicing, but it takes bending and torsion forces really well - the only part that has broken, was the very tip (about 1mm or 1/32th inch), when I used it to pry something apart very aggressively - and sharpening has since fixed that. A good pick for an everyday carry that can do a wide range of heavy and light tasks!

Horrible Design

I purchased this knife to keep an extra blade around in my hunting bag in case I ever need one in the field. like others I found this knife extremely hard to close. In fact the locking bar snapped off trying to close it and it was only 2 weeks old. Worst design ever.

Awesome Little Slicer!

I got this knife about 2 months ago and it's great. Razor sharp out of the box and it's super durable. It's got this secure feeling when you hold it. The locking mechanism is great too. It's a frame lock and is really easy to open and close.

Decent Knife

So, I got this about a year ago (despite my parents not wanting me to have a knife...) Honestly, I concealed well in my waistband. It's small, but mighty! Would recommend as a first knife for older children. The action takes some practice, but for the price, it's awesome.

Horrible To Close And Unsafe

Like many of the other reviews, this knife is incredibly difficult to close, regardless of grip strength. This is very disappointing and the manufacturer should stop making this knife.

Never Had A Knife This Difficult To Close

This knife brusies thumb and fingertips trying to close. Breaks finger and thumb nails too. Extremely hard to close little knife with two hands. Have many many knifes in collection. And many Gerbers, all of which I've been very happy with. Thought my first one myst have been deffective, so returned it for another. I'll be taking that back too. Can't believe it's a Gerber. A huge thumbs down!

Small Package To Do Big Jobs

This knife is small and compact but when I am ready to cut something it never lets me down. From packing tape to thick cardboard and even wood, it goes right through. I pry staples on the job site and cut banding off materials. You will not be disappointed by this knife. I gave more than one and I put them in different locations so it is always handy
