Neither my husband or I wore a bike helmet in the past. This spring I bought an expensive bell helmet mail order and wore it two or three times before leaving it on the shelf for good it felt a little large too me and very uncomfortable. After i got my husband a speedometer this summer we noticed we were often going 20 mph or faster. After my husband came home From a solo ride where he said he was going particularly fast almost 30 mph (yikes) I told him that he should really be wearing a helmet and suggesting he try the helmet I had bought. I noticed my husband returned home from from his next few solo rides with my helmet. I finally asked how he liked wearing a helmet and he told me it was quite comfortable and made him feel much safer. He also asked how i would feel If he wore it while We rode together. I of course told him i was fine with that. After a few rides where he wore it and i wore my hat, I decided to buy another helmet, but this time i decided I was going to the store to try some on. I found the fixture in blue for a great price and loved the way it felt when i tried it on. On my first ride I realized how awesome it was to have a good fitting helmet. i was really happy with how much better it felt. Honestly sometimes I forget i have it on. Absolutely no regrets with this helmet.
