Sized Small
This shoe is sized exceptionally small. My daughter wears a 3.5 normally in a NB and had to order and return them three times to get the right fit. Even measured her foot and went by the size chart provided for them. Still wrong. Ended up with a 5 in women’s. The first 2 pairs were shipped to me dirty and had been worn. That would have been ok had it been made clear that I was purchasing “used” shoes instead of paying the “new” price.
