I bought my first one in this style a few years ago and started out wearing it as a good supportive bra for a "lifted look" under dressier clothing. Yes, you must be a bit particular with what clothing your wear because this bra does have double support and therefore, extra material. I have most recently been using the first one as it is intended, for gym workouts. It has become a bit looser with usage and washing but is adjustable in the back and with the support levels in the front.It was time for a new one and the new one in an alternate color does not disappoint. I wish all bras could provide the support and relative comfort(it's a bra and though they are important, removing them is also a relief) that this one does.

Love This Sport Bra!
Never thought I would love a sports bra. But I'm ordering my second and third sports bra. Love them and not just for exercises. Glamorise bra's are the best.

Supportive bra! I may wear with my regular clothes! The shoulder staps could have a little bit more room to adjust them. Good for zumba!
