I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. The bag quality is excellent however 2 items were missing. I contacted customer service and was provided with a new bag and instructions on returns. Returned the initial bag received new bag same items were missing. Contacted customer service again and was told Dicks couldn't provide any further assistance and to contact the manufacturer.
