Go To Protein Shake Meal Supplement
Many things are not perfect, and I find GNC's protein shake, overall, giving me the most satisfaction (over the others) when it comes to ingredients, cost, and reliable distribution methods.

I love the chocolate Lean shake it's so delicious. It's one of my favorite flavors I keep going back to. I drink of of these every morning before work and don't eat again until dinner and it does keep me full.

Shake Or Creamer? It's A Win!
You say shake, I say coffee creamer. Most coffee creamers are empty calories with no benefits. I use the French Vanilla Lean Shake in my coffee. I prepare as directed then add to my coffee. It's delicious and a high protein boost. Of course, add ice and a frozen banana if you want a thick yummy shake.
