Super Hoop! I Would Get This One Again.

I just finished installing the Goaliath 54 Wall Mount hoop. It is fantastic! Follow the directions and get help when the instructions tell you to. I would absolutely recommend this hoop and would happily buy it again. Customer service is very good, if you email.

Broken With Dried Cement And No Hoop!

I purchased this hoop for our kiddos, and followed the directions during install. After digging the hole and mixing cement, I lowered the lower pole into the cement and the plastic rings holding the inner pole to the outer pole SNAPPED! I now have a filled hole of hardened cement, and no basketball hoop installed thanks to these components failing. Now I will need to figure out how to break apart all of this cement, and if I can get the right replacement pieces to finish an install. If you are reading this, I'd recommend going with another company or spending money elsewhere, because this has been a disaster for me.

Shattered Backboard

I had this style hoop for 4 years, and it worked as it should. However, we had a wind storm which ended up knocking the pole over despite installing it appropriately. This resulted in the backboard shattering. Weather related damages are not covered in the warranty and therefore to purchase a new backboard would cost us roughly the same as a new hoop. Would not recommend this style basketball hoop as the pole is not deep enough in the ground to withstand higher strength wind. Instead, I would recommend the version that bolts into the concrete.

Great Old School Garage Mount Hoop!

I bought this just a few weeks ago. The original order said it would take 10 days to deliver.....it was at my front door in 2 days. Instructions are super easy! Make sure you buy your own mounting lags or bolts (they aren't included). I bought eight 5/8 x 5" wood lags with washers and the hoop feels like Shaq couldn't even tear it down.

Escalade’s order process time is excessively long. It took 7-8 days before the hoop was shipped. Now, the hoop itself is great. All the bolts and nuts were shrink wrapped onto a cardboard sheet which made finding the right hardware super easy. This was probably the easiest item I’ve ever assemble simply due to the way the hardware is packaged. The backboard is a little less rigid than I had hoped for but as long as bank shots hit close the white rectangle on the backboard it works well. All in all I highly recommend this hoop.

A Bit To Be Desired

Quality hoop buy no mounting tips makes it hard, reached out to try to get some help on getting the backboard level left-to-right but never heard back. Mounting bracket is straight and I adjusted the pivot points multiple times but I cant get it. Maybe this will get a reply.
