Bought hoop in April and still waiting for installation. They finally came out today but have to come back since ground is wet from watering our new grass. It’s been a nightmare communicating with them.

Don’t Use The 3rd Party Install Company!

Purchased the BB goal and install and it’s been over a month. AIT does not answer the phone or emails. It’s been impossible to reach anyone to figure out when they are coming to install it. Save your $450 and sanity and use someone else to install. Still waiting for it to be installed.

Good Goal, Bad Customer Service

My son loves the goal, but we already have to replace the #30 bolt connecting the upper and lower poles. Escalade Sports verbatim response to purchasing two sets of replacement pieces (#s 30, 38, 34) including two bolts, four washers, and two locknuts....rec'd from Ryan Seib. Unfortunately, we do not offer individual pieces of hardware. The entire hardware kit would have to be purchased, which is $66.70 plus tax and $17 shipping. 1 month after purchase and goal is still sitting in a box with no communication from install company other than 2 emails. Last email was for safe-dig which was completed 3 weeks ago… item itself looks to be of good quality but is still unusable.

4 Weeks Still Waiting For Install

Purchased the basketball hoop and was told the install company would contact me in 2-3 days. After a week of no call I called them and they told me it’s 1-2 weeks for installation. It’s been 4 weeks now and I still haven’t heard anything yet. Can’t review the actual hoop because I don’t have it yet.

Purchased over a month ago and was sold on the shipping and installation option, big mistake. No communcation or updates and not clue when or if i will get my product. Stay away from the installation option.

Lot Of Shaking During Play

The backboard wiggles a lot more than I would have expected for the price of the hoop. My son is 10, he's hardly slamming the ball with force and the backboard shakes considerably when he makes shots.

Dont Do It

I purchased the goal two months ago AND STILL DONT HAVE IT PUT UP. Wanted it to be professionally installed so purchased the installation package and the company is terrible. Absolutely no communication. Then finally received a text that phase one should be completed and then weather delay of two weeks for a little rain. So waited that two weeks and the company was supposed to have dig rite come out to mark. They failed, yet still said they were having a technician come out to complete phase one. My wife took off work to be there when they showed up from “9-12”. Well you guessed it they never showed and ding ding ding no communication that they wouldn’t be there. I had to reach back out. Finally got an email and they said they’d pass it along to the higher ups then never heard from them again. Tried calling the customer service and they had no idea what was going on or how to help. So still waiting on the goal to be put up.
