Do Not Buy!! Shakes And Wobbles!!

This hoop was professionally installed in our new sport court about a week ago. The backboard significantly shakes and wobbles. (Wish I could upload video). Ryan from their engineering team said that is normal for this model. We shall see how it holds up with my teenage boys. Says it should be fine up to 300 pounds. Time will tell. If I could do it over again, I would choose a more sturdy brand hoop. Maybe megaslam? If you don’t mind wobbling/shaking/vibration when ball hits backboard or you dunk…then you’ll be fine. Also, we purchased from Dick’s, and they won’t exchange after install. Emailed goalrilla, and they would not exchange because we didn’t purchase from them. Honestly, save your money and buy a different brand from a company who will stand behind their products! I hope others will find this review helpful.

Would Highly Recommend

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son. Dicks employees loaded it into my truck and I hid it in garage until Christmas—I had my older son help me bring the backboard in on Christmas Eve night and left the other boxes in garage. I just now got around to installing it because we live in Michigan and ground is just now thawed and dry enough to pour concrete. Instructions were great and there are really good videos on YouTube. I actually assembled the pole myself on sawhorses and had my older son and a friend help install the pole onto the bracket that was placed in cement the week prior. The next day I had two friends join me to hoist the 60 inch backboard to pole from the back of my pickup truck. Everything went smoothly and me and the boys were draining shots the rest of the day. Have gotten many compliments from neighbors on the look. I love the durability, look, and sturdiness. 5/5 stars. Took 13 bags of 80 pound qwikcrete but I did a bit larger cement cap. See pics!

Its Amazing But A Beast To Install.

This is legit the toughest bball goal youll find. It is also legit the toughest thing ive ever installed. It was strong enough for me (a grown adult) to climb it and repel off the post to put the giant center screw in. Invite your biggest friends, and youll get it done. Those videos of 2 dudes doing it...lies. you need minimum 4 adults. But its a great goal and im glad we got it!!!
