Poor Service, Still Waiting For Delivery

I bought this weeks ago that included installation with delivery. The day of the first delivery we got notified there was no hoop in the warehouse. We then had to purchase at a different store, the store would not broker the transaction. We have a second delivery date and given a window of 2 to 5. Nobody showed up or sent a notification that they would be late. We had to call them and after being on hold, were told they would be 45 mins to an hour. 2 hours later they did not show up nor was there any notification that they would not make it. I would not recommend purchasing this hoop through this store chain. We are still waiting and have not been contacted by anyone. Highly disappointing purchase to date. You might be better paying someone else to install it.
