Dicks Good, Ati Terrible

Not able to rate the hoop unfortunately. The Purchase from Dicks went perfectly. Then ATI got involved. They refused to install the hoop siting weather even though this was an indoor install. Then when they said they would do it, they told us it wouldn’t be until next spring (5 months away). Currently in the process of returning the hoop which has proven to be another fiasco. It’s been over a month and it’s still sitting outside of my garage. ATI is an absolutely joke. If you decide to buy, hiring your own company to install.
