Don't Buy At Dick's!!!

Hoping hoop is great, but we don't know because we can't get it installed. AIT Global is the worst company I have ever worked with and as long as Dick's uses them for installations, I would get my hoop somewhere else.

Poor Customer Service.

I bought this on 02/27/25 with an installation to occur. I was told I would receive a confirming email as well as a phone call from the installer within a few days. After two phone calls, as well as several attempts to use the online chat I have heard nothing. In fact after a few posts from the on line chat it goes to error. While the store personnel were excellent in purchasing this goal, the after-sale customer service is deplorable. On my last phone call attempt I was told I would receive a call within 48 hours. Nothing! Do not buy this from Dick's Sporting Goods if you want good service. I learned a lesson and would have gladly paid $100 more from a local Lexington, KY establishment.
