If this is what 10 extra lbs of fat feels like (by mass not by volume… eek, the volume of 10extra lbs)… I will definitely make an effort to use my vest to ward off the extra weight. If not for my heart health… then for my poor joints carrying any extra weight!!

I bought this about a month ago after comparing similar items online and as a more cost-effective option to the full vests. I have worn it several times on 2+ mile walks and it has been comfortable to wear. I like that it seems to be well-constructed and it's not so bulky that I can't wear a jacket over it.
