I have used this ladder plenty of times before during agility training for basketball. This is what made me want to purchase one of my own. You are able to do many drills with this ladder on any surface including grass. Anybody who wants to get quick feet should definitely purchase this ladder.

The ladder arrived on time and is good. We need to find out if it lasts for long. The strings curl and it is a problem.
