Best Massage Roller Ever

I don't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father...you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb. The bar doesn't pinch your skin, pull your hair or feel like it will break. Superb product!

Major Upgrade!

I bought this to replace my Gaiam roller bar that I had been using. This is a great product! It has helped me more in recovery than previous massage bars that I have used.

Simple But Effective For Reducing Soreness

Really helps when I use it before and after soccer games and workouts to loosen up and reduce soreness.

The massage bar is balanced and works the body with smooth action. It helps me tune up my muscles even between workouts. I haven't used a massage bar before this purchase and since I have had it I have told several friends and family about it.

I had one of these already for about 3-4 year, but this one I ordered for my mother is way better. I move much easier than the older model.

I bought a different kind because it was cheaper and I simply wasted money! This is the one that my Physical Therapists use and what a difference! I bought one for myself! Don’t do what I did and buy another similar product because it’s cheaper... it’s not worth it.

Works well to work out kinks. Oh..it hurts so good. Seriously- it can hurt depending on your aches and pains. But you feel better after you use it. No pain, no gain.

I bought this at the suggestion of my trainer, who used it on me. I do high intensity resistance training, and this roller is easy to apply to sore and strained muscles and fascia, for quicker recovery and increased blood flow. I find it easier to use than simple foam rollers, due to the handles. It also allows one to differentiate pressure more easily when applying it to different parts of one's body.
