I'm recovering from 2 hip surgeries and using these adjustable ankle weights to strengthen my hip in order to walk again without assistance from a cane.

They are fine. I do wish you had adjustable ankle weights of 3 lbs. instead of the smallest being 5 lbs. I am just using then for physical therapy and it will take several weeks yet to even use 2 lbs. Using then only to help steady a balance problem. I am 70+ yrs. old.
