Adjustable Weighted Vest

With this vest you can adjust the weight from 8 oz to 20 pounds. I have used it to up my heart rate when doing lower body weight exercises. The weight packets fit in both the front and the back of the vest. The packets are a little hard to get out; I hope I don’t end up tearing it in the future. I hope to use it walking when the weather gets nice.

Love This Vest

My husband and I use this vest almost daily. It fits us both and we can adjust the weight to our individual needs. The Velcro shoulder and waist features make it easy to adjust to our size difference.

Comfortable Vest

This is my second vest. The first generation was made with cheap material but it was comfortable. This one is comfortable too but made much stronger. It’s a good economical vest.
