Adjustable Weighted Vest

With this vest you can adjust the weight from 8 oz to 20 pounds. I have used it to up my heart rate when doing lower body weight exercises. The weight packets fit in both the front and the back of the vest. The packets are a little hard to get out; I hope I don’t end up tearing it in the future. I hope to use it walking when the weather gets nice.

Ouch

The vest is good if your walking because your not bouncing around at that point. Otherwise, it jumps off and on your chest and it makes my belly and chest rash and itch from the friction. I have a shirt on underneath the vest but I guess that's not enough to stop it from rubbing me the wrong way. I'm going to return it and maybe invest a little more money to one that is more comfortable.
