Needed to be returned. Despite the somewhat awkward assembly, I was pleased with the solid and sturdy feel of this equipment. Unfortunately, this equipment did not fit my doorway. My home is 100 years old and has very thick framing and very wide moldings around the doors. If you have an older home with similar construction, you will likely have the same problem.

Has everyone else in the comments is saying it’s extremely hard to put together as the instructions aren’t clear. As everyone else is also saying the holes don’t lineup so you really have to work at it to get it to work. Eventually, when it is worked most of this cheap hardware strips and it feels very loose and like it could fall apart at any minute. Very dissatisfied with this very cheap And under engineered product.

I am usually pretty smart, but this was really hard for me to put together. And it doesn't feel as sturdy as I thought it would.

BUY IT!! Easy to setup. I’ve already put this puppy through the ringer in the little time I’ve had it. Lol Over 2000 pull-ups in a month with a 20lb vest. Definitely would recommend to anyone trying to get a good workout at home. This is my 4th home pullup bar I’ve owned. Gave away my others over the years as I’ve been in and out of gyms and again out cause of covid19. So had to buy another but definitely the best I’ve owned. I love how it elevates you above the door frame so you won’t have to pick up your feet much. I got the knee raise sleeves afterwards that hook onto the bar and works great as well. Now the only drawback is the foam is soft and will damage your door frame so make sure to fortify the ends ASAP. I used some old knee sleeves and works great. Also the foam grips start to rip too but just buy some goat tape and your good. I imagine the foam grips would hold up better if your not using the bar everyday I like did. Lol

BEST BAR I HAVE TESTED. This is the best doorway pull up bar that I have used. It is offset from the doorway which allow you more room to do the exercises, it is elevated so you can stand up vs kneeling and it is a superior design. Kudos to GoFit.

I've owned this pullup bar for seven years and lived in four different apartments (so I've assembled it five separate times!) and it's great. Assembly is a bit fussy, but I haven't had any real problems. I've never had trouble with it wobbling, shifting, or leaving marks. I'm definitely a lightweight (

My previous doorway chin-up bar was ok but I had to lift my feet. This extra-high reach is definitely better. I stretch my back easily (I'm 5'9") and can do pull ups with my feet hardly touching the floor. It actually seems easier to push my set of pullups when I'm not also distracted by keeping my feet lifted.Constructions seems fine. I only weigh 150 lbs so can't say how strong they are. I had a friend who weighs 250 try to pull himself up and he failed but still put on considerable weight, enough to make things creak and groan but it didn't seem close to failure. (the same could be said for my friend :)

This came in faster than I expected in times of COVID, and was also one of the few avaialble that didnt suck. This has multiple grips, and functions for use, unlike most. I have a couple slings handing so I can use it to stretch, and a couple of my carabiners is all it takes to attach those slings to the pullup bar.It was easy to assemble, and includes everything you need to be able to do so. Theres a really nice spiral bound book helping people to know how to use it. My roommate is a bit heavy for this, they are ~220 pounds, but it works amazing for me, and I weigh almost 170 pounds.Would recommend for anyone trying to get fit!

Product arrived in good condition, each piece of metal tube was individually wrapped in plastic. No missing pieces, correct number of screws and nuts, with 2 extra washers. However, putting it together using their included mini-wrenches was a less than pleasant experience. Would be a whole lot easier if you had your own 10mm wrenches. There is a good amount of padding, real thick, on all points of contact with the doorframe. So much so, that when I mounted it on my doorframe, the plastic back piece that is supposed to sit against the wall above the door was not sitting flush against the wall. Still, it functions just fine for its purpose so far.

Overall, I'm happy but as others have mentioned, the main cross tubes don't fit snug so there is movement when you apply pressure. The two main cross tubes are each made up of two tubes - one goes inside the other and the join is in the middle, secured with a bolt and nut. The inner tube is too small so it moves even when the bolt is tightened to the max. The assembly is easy and the manufacturer was nice enough to include two small wrenches. The wrenches are a bit weak though and will damage by the time you're done tightening (the metal is soft). I used a ratchet to tighten all the way. I would suggest putting some tape between the back pipes - where the top back bar goes over your door frame. The back pipes may rub against the top of your door frame and leave red paint. Put

Got this during the COVID stay at home orders. I was so hesitant to order one of these because I am very mechanically unable. However, I followed the directions and used a level and put it together in about 45 minutes. It's definitely sturdy and I like the varying grips. I've even been able to hang rings off of it to do dips. Would definitely recommend for your at-home workout needs.
