This is my favorite roller to date. Firm enough, yet has the right amount of give under pressure. I use for lower back condition. I gave the ball to my dog and he gives it 5 stars.

I got this for my husband who has serious back pain especially when traveling and sitting in one position for a long period of time. It worked great! The ball helped on the flights and the roller provided great relief at the end of a day of walking.

Not as soft as a traditional foam roller (so it hurts a little more to roll out my muscles), but I love, love, love the size and results! This fits great in a suitcase, overnight duffel or sports bag. I keep my yoga straps for additional stretching inside the roller in the bag, which is handy.My knee pain completely disappears when I use this to stretch out my IT band!

The kit is very nice and came with a lot for the price! I'm very pleased with my purchase. My only complaint is that I wish the roller was a tad wider.

Daughter keeps this in her dance bag and uses it between classes. Works well for her being only 10. Is a bit small and great for travel, but wouldn't use if every day as it is small. Great for travel or small uses.

I love having this roller and the ball in my dorm room for when I get back from practice. It really is very short, but so far it has worked very well for me and done all I need it to do. I'm very glad I did not order a solid foam roller as those have always proven too soft for me. This roller helps me roll out and even pop my back. The ball is very helpful in getting hard to reach spots and just an extra hard roll out.

This item is fantastic. It works as stated and my husband with a bad back has already found some relief with the roller and ball. The guide book is great. Many of the muscle relief exercises are also used in therapy and they have beginner and advanced directions. My daughter, who is a massage therapist, ask me to order her one and she said it was the perfect size for her back and neck. It is very sturdy and made well and I like that you can use the storage bag with the ball to do the exercises.

Very happy with this roller. I use it mostly for when my back gets tight. I hear my back cracking when I use this, and feel much looser when done. My wife does not like it as much because she feels the foam is too hard. But I give it 5-stars.
