Alright people... foam rolling is SO important for when you work out often, it's a mandatory thing in my schedule. I love this foam roller and so glad I spent the money on this, it's worth it.

Love the foam roller, use it for stretching out my IT Band. Make sure you use it correctly, very painful when stretching out calves, outer thigh and hip area. You must go slow and use your body weight to roll the foam roller. Use it daily and it really makes a difference.
