Smaller than expected. This product was smaller than I thought it would be since it specifically totes it as a quad roller but it does work on the quads. Just a bit snug. It also has multiple uses as shown in the pics. It is the perfect size for forearms and it can be used as a surface roller rather than putting your appendage through the unit.

Works great - My daughter has shin splints and this is perfect. It’s easy to use too. Great product.
