harder than I thought - nice handles, glad I went with the light

Exercise band - Well made and sturdy. Liked the ability to use at home with the door.

Better than expected - Better than expected , has a real good pull strength.

It was definitely challenging and loved the resistance. It does tend to snag or get caught but not too bad.

I'm obsessed! Just got these and I can’t stop using them! Love the versatility and that they work so well for someone who has to work out at home in a small space. I also love that even if you get the Light bands, you can double wrap them or choke up on them to make things more challenging. Can’t beat the workout these give me for the price, either! Highly recommend them.
