Ordered this on a whim and everyone in the family enjoys it. We keep it in the living room and everyone in the house - from age 7-47 - uses it every day. Fun to stand on while chatting or watching TV. The kids try tricks on it and don't injure themselves. Hint: We keep it on a small rug so it doesn't leave a mark on the carpet. Everyone has fun with it and I think it's a bit of a workout.

This is super difficult to do... Close to impossible when I first tried, but little by little I am getting better on it. It is hands down the most efficient way to improve balance. Just do it close to a wall so you don't fall! The item is great and price is great. My physical therapist has one that costs 5 times as much and it does the same thing.

This board is pretty much what I expected and was looking for, and I use it indoors and out, it seems to be fine on any surface. The black surface is pretty rough, so I don't recommend trying it barefoot, but it does work to keep your shoes from slipping when you stand on it. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the guide that accompanied it, I was expecting a greater variety of exercises and/or a video to show a workout, but I guess you can find that on the internet...
