Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price It is a really nice weight bench but does have a few flaws. The cap on the leg press keeps falling out causing the pad to slide off the rod which can be aggravating. Also the squat rack doesn't come with quick pins so you have to constantly screw and un screw when changing the height with others who are working out with you and it does take some time. The squat rack needs to come with more screws for stabilization of the rack as I noticed it wants to lean after a few reps. I bought the 300 pound Olympic weight set to go with this Olympic Bench so its not leaning due to too much weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the price point (Sale or price match) great for home gym I purchased this unit for my home gym for the price it's a great value. Wait until a sale or price match if you can to maximize your value. BTW it is not too much trouble to assemble just take your time and go one page at a time the assembly instructions flow well and are easy to understand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Product But.... The weights themselves are good products that offer strength benefits.( I bought a new Gold's Gym weight set to go with the bench.} Overall, I like the bench, but there are two caveats. The adjustable back wobbles, but it seems to hold up for the workout I do. (I only use dumbbells for presses and flys). The back is easily adjustable with your left hand so you don't have to get up to change heights. The weight/spot rack is hard to use. Opening is either too narrow to fit outside the weights on the bar or too wide to fit inside. I only use it now for squats, which means I can't use it for bench presses. I probably should have just gotten a plain bench.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy very sturdy and relatively easy to assemble. Really nice that the weight rack and the bench are two separate items so they can be setup how you like and moved about easily. The bench is stable and the curl pad is a nice addition.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great BUT The machine is an excellent tool to working out. I gave it 4 stars only because the machine I received was used prior and I thought I purchased new. The machine had pieces that were already put together, which I should have done myself. Also the back arm cup was bent and would not secure to the back leg properly. It took some tightening to get it some what bent back and secured. Last is that the grease was missing, but I did purchase wd40 grease and it works like a champ. Overall, I am satisfied with the equipment, its sturdy and well worth it for what you can do with the machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the bench! I bought the XRS 20 a month ago and it was a great purchase. It was on sale for 149.99 and I was totally unprepared for such a GREAT bench for such a decent price! Frankly, after getting the bench I would have paid full price for it NO PROBLEM! It's made doing my workout a real pleasure! Getting out and going to the gym every time I need to do a workout just wasn't working out. For one, it snows bigtime where I live and only a few weeks ago I was snowed in. There was no way I was going to be able to hit the gym with ice and snow all over the roads but I didn't have to worry about it. I had my new XRS 20! BTW, It not only allows for the usual (bench press, etc) but the unattached rack makes doing squats VERY convenient! I noticed in a comment online that someone said they couldn't use their regular bar with the Olympic sized rack without horrific amounts of rattle and said it didn't fit the bar right. Since my second bar is a regular bar, I checked it out. It was easily dealt with. I simply used a couple barbell collars in front of the weight and then after the weight to steady the plate. It keeps the weights stable and the bar fits just fine. If you don't like the feel of how the bar rests in the hands? Just wrap some painters tape around the area where that little hump will meet the hands on the rack. It's really a "non-issue" but I thought I'd put in how I fixed it in any case. As for assembling the bench? I'm a 5 foot 3 woman who has no mechanical skills what so ever. I asked my landlord if I could borrow a ratchet set and voilà, I was set. In truth you don't need a ratchet set - an adjustable wrench and a screw driver would do just fine. I just didn't want to take any chances on messing up. LOL It took me a few hours to do but it was SO EASY! The instructions were SPOT ON! My bench arrived at 3 pm and I had it inside my house and completely put together in 3 hours (If I'd had more experience, it would have gone a lot quicker - hint, never tighten the screws/bolts/etc until you're sure that's exactly where it's supposed to go AND FOLLOW the directions). :D. One thing yawl need to know for sure is, the bench IS LARGE! This is not some training weight bench thing you'd get for your 13 year old tween to learn on. It's BIG! My ex husband came over and first thing out of his mouth was, "THAT IS AWESOME! WHERE'D YOU GET IT??" Then he loaded my bar with all the plates I have (I am tiny ok? I only have 120 lbs in weights here) and started, happily, bench pressing away. He's a 6 foot 3 inch guy and after playing on my bench, he went and bought one for himself so .. If you're a big guy? I'd bet that you'd like this bench too! All in all, it's a great buy and I am VERY happy with my purchase! I also owe thanks to the Dick's Sporting Goods team that helped me select this beast! Thanks gang! :D
