Golf Exercise

Good tool for improving your rotation and strength.

Great Concept, Way Too Expensive

I bought this seeing that it had an app included to help with training. At $200 for a swing trainer with a few additional nice attachments (not diminishing, those are cool), I thought the app would be included with purchase. It's an additional $25 a month, making this a very expensive swing trainer to continue using for a long time. Not worth it with the additional cost of the app, worth it if the app were free to use with purchase of the trainer.

Very Comprehensive Training Regimens

I'm 62 and purchased this about 2 months ago. So far, I find it to be very good. I lift weights 3 days a week and use this Golf Forever the other 4 days of the week. It's not a "muscle strenuous" workout so it compliments my other routine. My weakness is with balance and flexibility so I believe over time this Golf Forever trainer will help because I'm already seeing some benefits. Before starting it asks you what equipment you have so it can provide routines that you can do in addition to the Golf Forever trainer. I would suggest getting a good foam roller because the routines they have for it are good.

It Seemed Okay Not As Advertised.

It is okay, but a bit difficult to work with because I am not good with Internet options. I would have preferred paper directions instead of internet crap . The box did not state that directions were only on the internet. If I had known that I would not have purchased it.

Excellent Product

The content that's readily available iyoutube is excellent. The experience I've had so far is very positive and I've seen gains in strength and flexibility in just a few short weeks.

Real Deal

Good equipment and great results so far. 3 weeks into it and I have quantifiable positive results. The program membership will cost more after the trial but it is explained. No carry case when bought from GG but I wouldn’t be carrying it around so it’s meaningless. The equipment and program get results. I’ve done 3 weeks 6 days per week and 32-40 minutes per session and all sessions have golf related impact. I will continue using it. Buy it from wherever but buy it and use it. You’ll be glad.

Great Equipment Set For This Program

I haven't used it for an extended time yet, but the workouts from the app and the equipment have been great. The quality included in this set is better than I expected it to be.

A $200 Item Will End Up Costing $400

They require you to enter your credit card number and sign up for a $200 per year subscription or $25 per month. Because of this I give it 1 star. Disclose this in the title and the description of the product and allow people to make their own decisions before making the purchase.

Great Equipment To Work Out With

I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and it works every golf muzzle. Great specially for middle-age guys they don’t want to do a lot, but get a lot from it.

Not As Easy As Shown In Demo Videos

I bought this a few weeks ago and downloaded the app. I have had some circumstances that have kept me from starting the program. My issue is that you get 30 days free trial and then are charged $200.00. I should have waited to downloads the app
