I really enjoyed this and plan to order more. I like the variety.

Good taste and satisfying to the palate. Too bad bidenomics taints the glee of this banquet in a bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This meal was very good. I have rarely used prepared camping food, because I was accustomed to it tasting bad. This was not like that; it was good. Two tips for rehydrating it: pay attention to the fill line on the bag and, at 10,000', let it sit an extra 10 minutes or so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this on the AT. Great flavor. Let sit for 40 minutes, not 20. Rice still hard at 30 min. Too much packaging, good portions. Will try others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of Good To-Go's meals! (The Thai curry is my current favorite.) They are delicious, filling, and satisfying after a long day of hiking. They are all dehydrated, so a little on the heavy side compared to other backpacking options, but the quality of the food/flavor makes it worth the extra weight. The packaging is durable; we never experienced any breakthroughs, holes, or leaks. And the company's co-owner and chef, Jen, recently become HACCP certified, so be on the lookout for options with meat in them coming soon! The herbed mushroom risotto has a really great depth of earthy flavors. It is less texturally interesting than other GTG options, so if mushy foods bother you, I would maybe recommend one of their other products.
