Unhappy With The Product From The Manufacturer

This is supposed to be a high quality shaft. I bought a 95 X-Stiff shaft but when put on the frequency machine, it yielded a soft Stiff, after tipped it was just a Stiff shaft and for my swing speed (112mph to 114mph with driver) it does not work as expected.
