I love the product but am unable to remove the filter without help. It is too hard to turn for smaller hands. I'm hoping that it is because it is just new and needs to be worked in. In an emergency situation this could cause problems. I would suggest some way to get a better grip. I bought 2 and 2 extra filters. Although I believe it is a great product, for the price and my planned usage, I would not buy them again.
