Used In My Home On Wheels, My Airstream.

Hi. GSI Cascadian Tableware. I’ve lived in an Airstream for many years. I intentionally chose as much (plastic) kitchenware as possible, to avoid damage to the kitchenware, and the RV cupboards. Also, space is a premium, kitchenware that stacks neatly into small space is VERY much appreciated. I’ve played with a few brands on the market, mostly looking for Airstream Gray, but keep coming back to the GSI Cascadian line. I currently have a 9-piece individual color set. The older bold color 4-piece set, the newer 4-piece more subdued color set, and a bright pink set you can find on the web. It all stacks into a small space in my very limited cupboards. I would really like to see a medium-dark gray set produced, similar to the dark gray silverware GSI offers. I’m an older guy, the colors would be for guests & family’s. The dark gray would be my preferred everyday usage set. Other than the gray color, Id like to see bigger bowls. With stews, and chili, I tend to want about a 6-cup serving. I tend to use the Rubbermaid 7-cup storage bowls for my everyday bowls, they stack nicely also. The 12-oz cups are decent, a touch small for me, but stack very nicely. I have a couple of the 14-oz Cascadian mugs for my personal use. The Cascadian plates are large 😊, but a touch flimsy, a slightly sturdier plate would be appreciated. All the suggestions aside, this is still the set I keep in my Airstream Home, I haven’t found anything I like better.

A True Camping Workhorse

We use these for our scout troop on a regular basis. They get abused and mishandled all the time and still hold up.

Ralph G.

This set was purchased for a new Scout. It's been used several times on camping trips and has worked well for the abuse a teenager gives it. It does come with a clip to hold the utensils together, which is great for keeping things together but, the clip isn't well designed and doesn't seem to hold up. (That said, the clip could just be made packaging.)

Durable, Appreciate The Storage Bag

Purchased these right before a camping trip, and were able to use them once - they seem to be durable and easy to clean while at the campsite. They came in mesh bags, which is handy and we plan on keeping them for storage and further trips.

Good All Around Set

I got several of these sets on sale and we’ve used them on several camping trips over the last year. The plate bowl and cup are really sturdy and the utensils aren’t flimsy either. The cups handle hot liquids with no problem and the handles stay cool. Everything cleans easily and it’s nice having some fairly lightweight reusable camping tableware. The fork and spoon are a little on the big side but my kids didn’t seem to mind since it’s camping and no big deal.
