This is great for coffee for up to four people. Heavy duty steel. Feels like it will last forever.

Good For Making Large Amounts Of Coffee Outdoors

Works great for making large batches of coffee rather than using a pour over. Coffee does come out a little burnt due to the nature of the of a percolator. Semi limited use, but great at doing what is was intended for. Also not suitable for finely ground coffee as it will fall through the colander.

Makes Great Coffee

The Glacier Perc is a proven camping essential for all of us coffee hounds. Finally bought one for the family and could not be happier. Just completed a long road trip to the Tetons and a biking trip to the Tahoe area, making multiple pots of coffee every morning. My only critique is that the top of the filter does not seal tight, leading to coffee grinds in the bottom of the pot.

Warm Cup Of Coffee For Camping.

This percolator worked great for a car camping trip with my family and my coffee tasted just like it does at home. The sight glass is nice so you can see how dark your coffee it and the silicone on the handle feels very well made. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about a percolator to get this one. I got the 12 cup because my wife and I are big coffee drinkers and this does the job.

A Car Camping Or Front Country Essential

I bought one of these a few years ago in preparation for a kayaking trip and I'm glad I did. Produces decent coffee with a little practice and know-how. The stainless steel has held up very well to use on the campfire, the backpacking stove, and the base-camp stove. While it's light enough, the shape makes it a little bulky to carry on long solo trips. I've figured out some tricks to maximize space but it's still an item I debate if I'm doing a solo backpack trip. It's on the must-take list for car camping, front-country overnights, and canoe / kayaking trips of any length.

Good product. A bit small as the 6 cup is really a 3 cup, but that is exactly what I was looking for.
