Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two Words Two words, light and smoth. Even my 12 year old son rides long distances with me, and he doesn't even get tire. I recommend this bike, I might get me another one for myself it it drops in price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features I have owned one of this model previously but it was stolen, this replacement has upgraded features such as larger tyres, more comfortable seat, more efficient brakes,

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good basic bicycle I use this bicycle for my daily commute (mostly road; approx. 4 miles each direction). The bicycle seems good, though needed some tweaking for me (install a piece to get the steer higher and at a more comfortable height; still need to install other handlebar grips because the standard ones suck and are painful to the hands when riding longer). Sadly, I'm struggling with the gears jumping and not tuned correctly. I'll need to find someone with experience to get this corrected. I think I would give the bike 4 stars if I wasn't struggling with the gears that much. The gears felt fine when I tested the bike in the store, but then the technician messed it up when he prepared the bike for me for checkout and it's still an issue after 2 Dick's "Experts" have worked to try fix it, so the gears may be a sore point on this bicycle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value I've put 500 miles into this bike already and I love it. It's ridden daily and I've had zero problems. I had to adjust the calipers and the front derailleur and tighten up a few things out of the store. The geometry is very comfortable. 40 mile rides are fun on this bike. The gearing is great for spinning, but there's enough range for going really fast downhill also. Love the matte finish. Looks really sleek and I get lots of compliments on the bike. The front fork works well when you need it. I've even done a couple of decent drops/jumps on this bike. The quality I expect from GT is present. I would recommend this bike to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great! Rides great! Had this for 3 months and bought it because I road ride and trail ride. I love it! I'm not fatigued or tired after a 4 mile ride. It's has an extremely light weight body and I can't stress enough the ease of pedaling. You won't regret it

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not made for the road I bought this bike a couple of months ago and rode mostly bike and hike trails (25-30 miles), I took it on a 42 mile road ride this past weekend and came to the painful realization that, even though this is a hybrid, it's not made for the road. It's too heavy and the second half of the ride, on gently rolling hills, was extremely difficult to pedal even in the lowest gears. It's fine for trails, but look for road bike if you're planning on doing organized rides.
