Great On A Long Run!

I have tried many different types of fuel for my long runs but never the Gu Roctane before now. In the colder weather it was definitely easier to consume over chewing blocks when cold. The flavors were tasty and easy to use on the go. I also felt great after using them and noticed the energy change.
