Two Broke Within Three Months

I initially bought one as a christmas present to myself, and it arrived in january. By february, with simply daily carry and never having to be used for more than a flashlight, the entire bulb and circuit came loose inside, and it was basically kaput. It would not charge, nothing. Thankfully, support was very helpful and sent me a replacement ASAP. I was hopeful that the first one was just bad luck, but now, literally every time I unholster it, I have to make sure the prongs haven't fallen out, because apparently they are just slid in and not actually held in place. So now, if I have to actually use the stun function, there's a 50/50 chance that the prongs will be missing, and it won't work. I rate customer support an absolute 10/10, but this product gets a negative from me.
