Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Choice We use them in our Kayaks. They are very good at picking up water but we also use them as leg cushions. If you have shorts on it can get very uncomfortable with you legs laying on the plastic bottom of your kayak so we got 2 each of these sponges and put them under our legs. It makes paddling alot more fun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great High Capacity Sponge I use this in my Perception 12 kayak to suck water out of anything that gets full of water. It has very high capacity, almost like bailing but you can get all the water. Because it is covered with a fabric it doesn't pick up much dirt either. It has a loop you can use to tie it on to your boat, always a good idea.
