Handle Ripped Off In Less Than 6 Months
I bought this backpack instead of the Nike Elite (b/c it had lots of complaints about the zipper breaking and I knew multiple people that had this happen to them). My daughter does not carry anything unusually heavy in it - - clothes, bball, shoes, water bottle, etc. But, after 3 months of use, the handle on top started ripping so I contacted Harrow and they never responded. And now, in less than 6 months, one side of the handle has completely ripped off. So, I contacted Dick's Sporting Goods where I purchased it online and they declined to help b/c it exceeded their 60 day return policy - - even though I didn't want to return it. I wanted it exchanged for a new one or a credit for what I paid. I would not recommend purchasing this due to poor quality and no/poor responsiveness from both customer service departments. I am going to purchase the Nike Elite now b/c even though their zippers break, they stand behind their product and will replace it.

Great Bag
It was a gift for my daughter, I was only able to imagine how it was, as I could not see it physically in any store. We had some issue with the delivery (it wasn't on time). When we got it, and she saw her backpack, with her name on it, she was so happy I forgot everything else. The bag is great, light but big enough to accomodate two full size tennis racquets, clothes and bath towels, two bottles, the cell phone and even the tablet in various compartments, plus the shoes in a special pocket. Looks very good quality, time will tell.

Awesome Backpack!
Bought this backpack for a 12 year old that carries (and loses) all his basketball stuff to practice. It is the perfect size and holds a basketball, high top shoes, cell phone, and has pockets for water bottle. We love the embroidered name and number on the outside of the bag! A great purchase!
