Bought this racquet in August 2023 and used it on average maybe 2x/week since then. A few weeks ago, the bottom part of the handle became loose and wiggles. If it wasn't attached to the rest of the racquet by the handle wrap, I'm guessing it would come apart. I reached out to Head about it, and to their credit, they offered me the ability to send it back to them for them to look at, and if they deemed it worthy of a replacement, they'd let me know. Problem is by the time i paid for shipping of the racquet to them, and then waited for a decision if they would send me a refund or a replacement, i might as well spend the money and buy another racquet. It was a nice racquet while I was able to use it, but it's useless to me now other than an emergency backup racquet.
