Can't Review It If You Don't Have My Racquet Ready

Been a month since I took my Head tennis racquet in to be restrung. STILL waiting for it to get done. Only 1 person who knows how to string racquets??

Poor Quality

This racket was for a 12 year old. Dick's strung it and he used it twice before 5-6 strings popped inside the tennis bag over night.

Restringing was completed in two days by Dicks employee / subcontractor . Strings broke within one week of purchase. Not sure where fault lies but will not use this product again.

Well where do I begin. Had to drop off my tennis racquets at a store a hour away, because store that I brought it from don't string racquets anymore. The kicker, going on second week still waiting for racquets to be stunged. Should've never brought it in the first place. First time, last time buying strings from you guys.

Racquet Re-stringing

The product is good but the service is not so good. The last time I had a racquetball racquet re-strung, I had to call to see if it was ready and it had been ready for over a week. This time, I stopped in the store to check and the racquet had been finished the day before. Neither time did I receive a call to tell me the job was done. After complaining about the previous time, the cashier assured me that she would personally follow up. There needs to be a quicker notification after racquets are re-strung as most people are waiting for them to be done as soon as possible. Thanks, Mel
