Cool Machine! Wish Controls Were A Little Better

First this machine is worth the money. These little balls will make your hitter better. In 2 sessions my 12 yr old is already seeing the ball better. The only con is the controls and the lack of delay on pitches coming at you. You have to dial the knobs in just right for speed and the time in between pitches is a little close to recover. Poor Product And No Customer Service!

The item only pitches items 4-5 feet and with low speed. A part doesnt fit well on it either. The instructions say not to return it to the store and to call the manufacturer, I've tried twice and was supposed to get a return call and have not heard anything. Was really hopefully on this product for my daughter to be able to use and practice her batting. But it is of terrible quality and no customer service support.

Great For In Doors & Outdoors

Received the Crusher and it worked great right out of the box. I used the yellow balls for indoors and the white balls for outdoors. You can't mix the two types of balls because one is softer and one is harder. If I mix them they aren't accurate because the slower ones are designed not to pitch as far as the white ones. We use it in our garage when there is bad weather and take it to the ball park because with the battery it is so easy to use without needing a plug. My son has improved 100% with this item. He absolutely loves it!

Strike Out!

Don't waste your money. I should have heeded the warnings in the other reviews. The only positive is it was simple to set-up and customer service people are nice; beyond there was nothing positive about this product. The first machine we received was defective;ended up doing a warranty replacement (had a defective wheel). So we didn't even get to use it for the first couple weeks. The replacement works, but this machine is impossible to get dialed in. I would estimate this thing hit a liberal strike zone maybe 25% of the time and that is being generous. I think the main problem is the machine is very sensitive to the balls you put in it. If it has any irregularity, it's going to shoot them all over the place. And we did use the manufacturer balls in this machine. We did try some cheap wiffle balls from walmart and they did seem to have most success. Anyway, if this machine can't pitch a strike even half the time what's the point? It now is collecting dust and will probably just be tossed in the trash.
