[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a dedicated lightweight backpacker. I have carried many of heavy loads. However, I am planning on hiking the Long Trail in Vermont. I am trying to lighten my load. One thing that is a must in my pack is a chair. I used to always take a Crazy Creek chair, but they don’t pack up very small. That is where this chair shines! Not only is it lightweight, it packs up incredibly small. It also gets me off the ground a little bit! Best yet is that despite its lightweight features, it is VERY sturdy! I would put it up to any chair for support! Such an amazing chair! A bit pricey, but worth EVERY penny after a long hike on the trail at camp!!! Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and took it on an overnighted in the Talladega National Forest. Easy set up and not too much extra weight. If you place a rock in it on a windy night it will help keep the ice in one area. LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lifelong backpacker, I have always eyed camp chairs with a bit of suspicion. The extra weight of the old clunkers didn't seem to justify the gain in comfort. After my husband bought a nice camp chair in a similar style, I asked for this Helinox Chair Zero for Christmas. I have not been disappointed! It is very light, easier to set up than my husband's, and holds me in a comfortable and relaxing position. We are eager for backpacking weather to return to our state so we can take this baby on the trails!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chair for a bit of comfort out camping and it hasn’t disappointed. There was a little learning curve in setting it up - But that was me not paying attention. It also doesn’t feel as sturdy as expected which took a little getting used to. And it’s not the most spacious chair - I wondered if I should have gotten a larger version. That all said? No regrets. The chair is light, sturdy, and comfortable. It’s light enough and easy enough to setup and take down that it’s got a permanent home in my pack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for me son, for when he joins me on my next bikepacking trip. I already have one and used it for over year while bikepacking Soith America. It held up great and is still going strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this chair to bring into outdoor concert venues and to use backcountry camping. The measurements meet the requirements. The packed size is minimal. The weight is worth the reward. I even flew to a music festival with this chair in my luggage. Just the right size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a group backpacking trip and I so glad I did. We we too many to fit the provided seating and it was nice to be able to quickly have a chair on long breaks. It kept me dry on dewy mornings. I could lounge in my camp clothes and not bring debris in the tent. It held my backpack while I was packing it up. It was wprth the weight and I will brimg it on all my backpacking trips in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally succumbed to realizing a chair was worth the weight and space it takes up while bicycle touring. It's super easy to set up and pack away. Perfect for sitting in the vestibule of the Hilleberg Nallo 3GT. it's just such a luxury item to have;

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about month ago for my backpacking trip to Yosemite. I couldn't be happier! The chair was light, comfortable and super easy to set up. No more searching for a log, or a big rock to sit on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is insanely easy to set up and is very lightweight. I was able to pack it with ease and carry it for 25 miles. I almost want to put it in my glovebox to have ready whenever I need a chair. It can blow away easily so put something heavy in it if not in use. I also ended up digging some small holes for the feet to make it more stable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first backpacking trip in which I carried a chair. It was definitely an enjoyable comfort item, and the Zero is light weight and seems well-made. The price seems high for what you get… but that’s the nature of ultralight items, I suppose. No problems with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a backpacking trip as my luxury item to bring so I can sit after a long day on the trail. So far I really like it. I don’t think there is another chair on the market that is this light and comfortable. Only issue is that it is a little unstable when you lean back but, considering how lightweight and convenient it is I don’t think it’s realistic that it would be perfect. Nemo makes a similar chair which I have used and I think this one has a more comfortable seat and it is a pound lighter!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lightweight chair I purchased to take backpacking. It seems well built as lightweight. It packs down fairly small in my pack. There may be cheaper options out there but overall, I'm happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a lot of research I bought 2 of these for my wife and I. We just had the opportunity to use them on the Vermont Long Trail this past weekend. After a 13+ mile day and getting camp set up we were ready to have a seat amd relax. Usually, it's on our bear canisters or a log or a rock. Not this time...we were in our new Helix Zero camp chairs! We felt like we were glamping! So nice to sit and have your back supported. We have been shedding some gear weight so the additional 1lb wasn't a big deal. They are low to the ground and now that I'm a bit older, getting that low isn't as easy as it used to be. ;-) The comments about soft soil and it sinking hold true. Our site was nice and soft so the legs did sink until we found some solid ground. Get yourself one...you won't be disappointed!
