Chair zero lets my spine decompress and takes the load off my feet. I was happy until I tried my friend's chair zero high back. I never knew what I was missing. The head support changes everything. After trying the high back I had to have one, and backpacking has never been better. As a note, I'm only 5' 6" tall. This chair is perfect for me. Anyone 6' or taller should probably try one in person before buying.
