Great bag! Big in size, full size backpack, great for weekend travel

Issue With Magnets, Otherwise A Nice Bag

I've owned Herschel bags in the past and love them. I decided to upgrade and go with the Pro version this time, and the materials feel very high quality, but the magnets on the top set of straps don't sit right so they don't stay connected with the bag is picked up or completely full. I submitted a warranty request but still haven't received a response.
